Hardship Fund – Educational Aid For Palestinians (EAP)

Hardship Fund project aims to alleviate the financial burden and constraints from Palestinian students during their time at university. By paying the tuition fees for one time or by paying to release qualification certificate, we prevent any factor that may hinder their progress and performance in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

Some students find themselves half way through their studies at university when they can no longer pay their tuition fees; many remain in debt for the duration of their time at university. Others upon completing their studies find themselves unable to graduate because they can’t pay for their qualification certificates, which the university holds till payment of outstanding fees. Without saying, this would have adverse effects on students as they lose their aspirations complicated by their financial implications.

We launched this project to help students by funding their special needs and ensure that money is never the factor that prevents students in Palestine from graduating. So far, we have already managed to secure 50% outstanding fees for students in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
